Hex: Undying Not notifying
While playing on Ps5 there was an issue when the perk Hex: Undying would not notify survivors of its existence in the game. Also did not use distortion tokens to block the aura reading. The perk was also paired with Hex:Face the darkness.

Leather face charges stuck at 0
[Switch] Playing leather face and was stunned while charging my chainsaw. Charges would not refill and the bar would be full but stuck at 0. I was also blinded while getting stunned, maybe has something to do with it? Has happened 2 times now!

Expired Batteries bugged on skull merchant
PC. I used this add-on in a game earlier on rotten fields, and after all of the claw traps broke on the survivors, it wouldn't let me place a single drone for the rest of the match. Please fix when you get a chance.

Loot Collector Challenge Bug
1. Boot the game on PS5. 2. Play survivor in a public match. 3. Have Loot Collector Challenge activated from Tome 7, page IV. 4. Escape through a _closed_ hatch with a red key. 5. No challenge progress this way. It should count because the description says "Escape the trial while carrying an Ultra Rare Item 2 times".

Bugged pallet on Shattered Square?
PC - Pallet spawning in wrong side of jungle gym. Maybe this is a new undocumented change, or I've never noticed that pallets could spawn like this. Shouldn't it be in the red circle?

Yellow Glyph challenge not able to progress
When performing a skill check on yellow glyphs, it does not count toward a good skill check. It will call it a bad skill check no matter where on the wheel you hit it. Please check skill check areas on Yellow Glyphs to see if hitboxes are set correctly.

A failed grab removes the survivor's endurance timer

Mettle of Man Scoring Inconsistent
I scored 3 protection events. My challenge also registered 3 protection events. Mettle of Man registered 2. This was on PC, no clue what is causing some of them to count and others not to. We were against a Wesker, it case that might affect things.

stuck bloodweb bug
I am playing on PC. My bloodweb is in the state in the below screenshot. When I try to purchase the prototype rotor, the bloodpoints are spent, the game crashes and goes back to loading screen. The spent bloodpoints are back but I cannot level up anymore with the skull merchant.

Merciless Storm is even more broken now...
Merciless Storm got kill switched just for it to become even more broken now. My friend and I just got done with a match against a doctor who had merciless storm, and everytime it would proc and someone missed the skillcheck, the gen would instantly go down to 0 or around 40% like what.
