Solved: System restore, reseat ram, gpu and PC wires.

It seems the latest windows 10 update is to blame (reinstalled DBD and the game froze at the main menu had to hard rest the PC, I tried GTA V the something happened)

A 10 sec gen nerf speed in nothing compared to Hex: Ruin nerf "To bring Hex: Ruin in line with other perks, we are reducing the regression speed to 50/75/100% from 100/150/200%. This will reduce its power without destroying its primary appeal. After a Survivor is killed, Hex: Ruin will automatically deactivate."

The latest patch (Event) on PC steam seam to get rid of the rubberbanding/lag at lest with The Legion all other killer are untested but Micro-Studding is still a problem.

I"v have also experiences some times this weird lag on PC after downing someone quickly look down to pick them up you will see no one somehow they teleported 15-20 feet (What happened? The X-Files theme song plays in my mind).

The latest patch made the lag worst this game also suffers from random micro-stutters which gives a very nasty teleporting effect during game play. How the f*** did I get hit.

This game has way to many cheaters auto ban is a great idea it's at least better then the current report system if it doesn't work they can always revert or improve on it.
