Don't touch any addons until you're comfortable with her 2-base blink. Judging by the fact you're asking for advanced tips, I'd assume you're fairly comfortable. I'd suggest throughout the game, learn each survivor and how their behavior is gonna be. For example, if a Meg keeps doubling back, mindgame it. If a Kate tries…

Its as simple as not getting caught.
-
Yeah it's situational, but it's a godsend when it activates. Doesn't need a change, as it's extremely rewarding if you can pull it off.
-
That's from picking up the survivor, not from the reset. You often pick up the survivor on an opposing angle to the trap, meaning the trap gets all funky about it and when it's reset/disarmed, it's relocated a couple inches away from the original. Has nothing to do with the stone.
-
If you struggle with tracking, run Bloodhound alongside it. Otherwise, Sloppy Butcher nowadays feels like it does a lot to slow the healing down, and a lot of people underestimate how much more efficiently you can get to people healing before they complete it.
-
Yep I have a few in my head rather than on paper/online. Either people who go out of their way to ruin my time, or just an infamous local swf group I know I'm gonna get stomped on.
-
I'm a killer main with too many hours, and I can say for certain that camping should never be a necessity. It really is about getting better at the game and knowing how to apply pressure.
-
Yeah same as the other guys. Your options as a killer is to either mindgame, or break the pallet.
-
I may have moved on from hot tea, but I could never say no to iced tea. Especially peach :D
-
Love Suffocation Pit for whatever reason (Killer main) Hate Swamp and Blood Lodge
-
Every killer appears left handed at the menu screen (I think?). Just to make em look cooler I guess
-
Halloween ftw. I don't play Shape that much, but it always gets me hyped with the themed music and stuff. So cool!
-
Gotta give the devs some credit for everything they HAVE done rather than giving them ######### for a few faults.
-
Used to love tea (Green was great!) and coffee. I've migrated to a more cold drink person.
-
Hey there everyone! I'm DrDannieburger on Steam (feel free to add me <3), and I am a killer main with 1600 hours, maining Trapper mostly, but I do like some variation! It's great to play and I mostly enjoy every second of it lol I hope everyones having an awesome day
-
practice. practice. practice. Unfortunately buddy, you are going to get stomped on your first 10 or so games. It's how it is. I'm having trouble learning her. Keep in mind that the max distance she can go without addons with a fully charged blink is 20m. Keep that in mind when you're trying to calculate your distance…
-
Ugh I've got 1600 hours and I hadnt touched Nurse at my 1400 mark. I've been trying so hard to learn her (maybe 50-70 hours worth?) and it's still ridiculously difficult. Sometimes I get stomped othertimes they get stomped. ######### me she's hard to learn let alone master. I got the muscle memory down for the most part,…
-
imo, ######### happens. Most of the time it aint too hard to catch em again, other times.. it sucks. Not much you can do about it. Just think about the chase and congratulate yourself on your strength of that chase and the game at hand.
-
Killing the killer sounds very F13-esque
-
Hey man listen. You're a great killer. Don't listen to those guys. You're really great at the game and those survivors shouldnt be giving you crap. Be polite and give em a gg. Just dont take it to heart because this community can be really hurtful. Best of luck my guy.
-
I actually get where you're coming from that. The only thing I struggle to understand with DS is the fact that all the effort the killer put into a chase goes to waste because of a perk. But I do understand what you mean in terms of pallet looping.
-
LF really struggles with map pressure. That's his problem. He has no good mobility, and no efficient way to slow people down like Trapper would. His chainsaw is great in certain situations, but chase-wise, you have to be in the right place in the right time. He's a very situational killer that is often rendered power-less…
-
Trappy Boi ftw. Got about 800 hours on my boy. Lil Evan is running Enduring, BBQ, Ruin and whatever I'm feeling (Nurses, Make Your Choice, M&A, Whispers, Brutal Strength, Thanatophobia.)
-
"ez" - (despite them getting killed, or almost killed) - Every toxic prick ever
-
He's not wrong. Ruin is absoloutely a necessity, else the match is gone before you know it. BBQ I primarily use for points, and the BBQ can be abused in the survivors favor. Neither one is "OP", perks like getting out of a killers grasp after being caught because you made a stupid move is OP as hell.
-
Camping is definitely a debatable and controversial topic. As a 1000+ hour killer main, I camp rarely, if at all. ALTHOUGH some killers are different, and under any circumstances of you treating that killer like #########, you arent helping your case by any means. Be respectful, and you probably wont be camped by any old…
-
Almost certainly Freddy and Doctor. I get Freddy is weak, but he's not easy to get away from. Doctor is self-explanatory.
-
Well the image there is The Ringmaster. That's been confirmed by the devs subtly. Although they did say that the Ringmaster wouldnt be out next killer. That will probably be 2 killers away. Otherwise The Alchemist is probably good considering the trailer released yesterday
-
Enjoy your stay. Plenty of salt in the pantry as well. Love, Evan <3
-
Hey ZiNc! Glad to see you on here. I know you love your Nurse haha. Awesome to hear what you have to say about your opinion and playstyle! Appreciate the collaboration!
-
Hey man awesome! Super cool to hear everyones opinions and playstyles. Thanks for the input!
-
I mean I love the idea. But when you're selecting your survivor, there is no clear indication of more than one person there as you're selecting them. But when you're at the main screen some of them are together on them logs. Same with the killer. I reckon the survivors are alone and together at the same time, but the…
-
They'd probably just throw in a Coldwind offering and go nuts on that cow tree
-
Going a bit philosophical here, but assuming the universe is infinite, there would almost certainly be an alternate reality where we're controlling these poor people.
-
Props to you for doing the research.
-
@AsianMammoth For sure!
-
I'd love for there to be AI, but as @ZiNc said before, it's not really plausible and would do more harm than good with balance issues and potential hacking.
-
Probably when I was playing Nurse (still learning btw), and this nea was messing around in the shack trying to get my attention. I managed to get her pretty much immediately and she DC'd. I laughed for a while and let the rest of the survs finish their gens and gtfo
-
There would be a lot of people running Dying Light if the meta continued with DS being a commonly used perk.
-
Because I'm a trappy boi main, I'd love to just change his addons to something that could help him out a bit more. I have no idea what they might include, but that's what the devs have their creative team for lol
-
I could never go without Enduring on any killer. (with the exception of Nurse and maybe Huntress?). Not sure if it counts as meta or not, but I see a lot of killers that choose not to run it.
-
I'd love to be able to sugarcoat this for you. But I can't. The majority of the community is toxic due to the fact of how competitive this game is. Sure there is a few kind people around here and there. But it can be tough to tolerate if youre starting out. Best of luck
-
It's not considered, but M&A on Leatherface can be really helpful. He doesnt have anything to cover his heartbeat up, nor any backups like Trapper would. It's great so you can get that extra oppurtunity to get them heccin survs.
-
Holy ######### that is very similar to me. Although for me, if I find hatch first, it's normally mine unless I get bored. I couldnt agree with you more about the other ones though. Especially tbagging lol
-
I never camp as a killer main (1000+ hours). I low-key know how it feels, and you'll learn to come to the point where you'd prefer to start improving rather than wasting your time ensuring only one kill.
-
Could not be more relatable
-
P3 Trapper with Exclusive Chuckles Enduring, Hex: Ruin, BBQ and Nurses/Make Your Choice/Whispers/Brutal Strength. Whatever I'm feeling.
