It's exactly what the survivor mains wanted. There wasn't really anything wrong with the old reveal mechanic. People just couldn't take the time to learn a very simple mechanic. Now, if you're practically on their screen, you're gonna get revealed.

It only "didn't work" because survivors literally did not know how to do it. Search reddit/youtube for people complaining about ghostface's reveal mechanic and it's all videos of people doing it wrong.

What's real annoying is that Ghostface is on the weaker side of killers and they took his counter(which was already easy) and made it even easier. Now is it not only 100x easier to expose him, you also don't lose progress if you somehow ######### up the new reveal mechanic.

You need to be able to see a certain % of his body in a specific area in the center of your screen.. Your character's head is like blocking most of his body and ghostface spends most of that video with most of him in the upper part of your screen.

Center him. Distance matters. You also need a certain amount of his body in the revealing area of your screen. So don't block him with your own character. Record some videos of you breaking him out to see if its just bugs or you're really doing it wrong.
