The game was made to be a game without communications. Therefore, SWF is considered cheating. If there was a chat / mic system ingame, SWF would be fine.

Read your post thoroughly? You just said you corrected it later. I don't check up on posts that I commented on weeks ago. Anyways, It's simply RNG, some totems may spawn next to survivors, some may not. You seem to be pretty unlucky!

Here is where you're wrong. The game is not about winning, it's about having fun. I have a lot of fun playing as wraith and sometimes only getting 1-2 kills. If I'm playing a killer that can 4k every game, I don't have fun.

Agreed, with that comes survivor mains crying about killers camping, as if they expect us to not do our jobs.

Not always. The hook may be far away, or the survivor might not know where the gates are.

Not true. Camping as a killer will more often than not result in a de-pip or no pip at all.

There's already something exactly like this that exists: teachable / unique character perks. Unless you mean adding a 5th perk slot, or just buffing survivors outright, this idea wouldn't do much good for killers. Great idea, I think savable kits and load-outs would make adapting to different situations much easier. I hope the developers do implement this feature into the game.

Nerfing the killers with the best abilities won't do much good. Buffing killers with sub-par abilities won't do much good either. If these buffs and nerfs were put into effect, survivors would be more powerful than ever.
