It's not burnout, but thanks. Bye.
-
I am sad that a game I have played ALMOST daily for 5 years has become unbearably miserable for me. I am allowed to grieve for that.
-
I'm not talking about me -- I change my build every SINGLE day that I play. I am talking about the fact that when I play survivor its it NOTHING but Wesker, Knight, and Legion. When I play killer it is NOTHING but the same perks on survivors. I am bored because regardless of the role I play the games go the EXACT same. I'm…
-
@C3Tooth I said I wanted a 70% kill rate, which means the 2nd survivor DOES have a chance of surviving.
-
HARD AGREE!! it implies that all the gens probably got done which is incentive for survivors but the killer was able to maintain pressure. It also gives the survivors incentive to try because more than one can survive.
-
Not a valid reason to not cleanse plaything. As long as you make sure at least 1 pentimento totem gets cleansed then you still have a chance. It's when you let them spam all 5 that you're in trouble.
-
I did that on Midwich to finally force a killer to mori me on the garden symbol LOL! Glad I'm not alone in that. She has an awesome mori!
-
Boons sucked to begin with. It's literally just an open invite to get SMACKED with NoED. I have been caught with NoED more times since boon totems came out than ever before. Not to mention how toxic the booning players are when it comes to the totems, literally bodyblocking you into a spot if they're able to--or fake…
-
Survivor -- I hard main Nea and have put an unbelieveable amount of time and bp into her. Last October we calculated it to be in the ballpark of 500 million
-
Wait until you find out how many regular items and offerings I have...
-
survivors bring perks to genrush so the killer brings perks to slow gens and make them regress on their own so survivors bring perks to survive long in chases for their team to have time for gens so the killers bring perks to end chases quickly so survivors bring gen rushing perks to make the gens go quickly before…
-
Because I'm a hoarder and I'll keep my 311 sacrificial cakes thank you
-
Pallets are literally meant to extend the chase. So if there is a chance that a killer might hit you if you greed, then drop it. Extend the chase. They respect it, kick it, go around, or leave to find someone else. Either way it extends the chase, and wastes the killers time.
-
I don't run dead hard because it makes my game stutter and I end up going down anyways. I don't run decisive strike because I've literally never been able to hit the skill check. I don't run borrowed time because I prefer to leave room for aura reading perks like windows, kindred, and bond as I'm normally solo queue. I…
-
The game is designed for you to have a very specific FOV that's why they have a very specific resolution now.
-
IDK - I've never seen ds really do all that much. If a killer really wants to tunnel someone out of the game, one baby stun isn't going to stop them. All it really is, is a delay perk.
-
They rely on it too much is like saying survivors rely on dead hard too much -- remove exposed from the game and a lot of killers will have kill counts plummet to hell. Same with survivors if you removed DH.
-
It makes the game easier. Done. Justified. The killers goal is to sacrifice all survivors. Getting one out of the game immediately makes that easier. Same reason why survivors bring Prove Thyself, toolboxes, Built to Last, and BNP to pop as many gens before the first down. It makes their game easier.
-
I agree with point #7, SWF does not mean good. I played with 3 people once. I have been playing for 4 years, two of them for about 6 months, and one of them for like 2 years. I thought it was going to be tough helping 6 month players learn more about the game--but the 2 year dude literally was doing a gen, living his best…
-
IDK why this is an issue. Sometimes, you have to be the sacrifice. It sucks, but IDK why it's not satisfying for other people *even if I'm the one to get face camped at 5 gens* to see the killer only get 1k and 4k bp after the game. It's like a giant middle finger. Why do people prefer a potential 4k to that?
-
If I see that you're being camped with Kindred, I'm just going to do gens--especially if it's at 5 or 4 gens. If I manage to get them done and get the door opened before you died, I leave. If a killer camps, I'm not saving you. If the killer is camping end game, and has NoED, the same goes. I will try to find it, but if I…
-
Wow the 1/4 burger is bigger than the 1/3 burger because 4 is a bigger number
-
Yeah if someone stands in front of the lever they can't be touched by anyone else. I tried walking around and doing it, but it's impossible -- fun fact if two survivors approach the lever at the same time they can body block eachother from touching it as well.
-
Yeah some people read 2 words and they're like "OP TRASH GARBAGE DWEEB DEAD AFK WHAT?"
-
The Dwight was already dead, and if someone is standing in front of the gate lever YOU CAN'T OPEN IT. I cannot touch the lever to open the gate if they are standing in front of both of the door levers
-
I hate boons but not for the reasons that many people here do. It's a guaranteed way to get NoED to prock. In fact, every single game where the randoms bring booms we get NoED. Also the people who bring boons just run around booning different totems instead of actually doing the gens! I cannot tell you the amount of games…

DS exists to make tunneling a risk/reward decision. Without DS tunneling would be all reward all the time. Borrowed Time exists to make camping a risk/reward. Without Borrowed Time, camping would be all reward all the time. It's the same thing with Unbreakable. It makes slugging a risk/reward. You can go for the slug--its…
-
Between rifts is a good time to [1] take a break, or [2] go back to old rifts that you missed challenges on and finish them. The latter is mostly for the more ocd players.
-
NOT KNOWING THE ADD ONS OF ITEMS It used to be that once you were in game the item add-ons would not be shown next to the item. So if you had that ace perk, and found an item in game you would have to set it down to look at the add-ons it had. That was the biggest one, but some of the others are: old, old, very old…
-
I do it to let the other surv know not to come pick me up -- usually when the killer has an insta down power with insideous, or is slugging for the 4k or something. Just to let them know to hide and try to find hatch when it spawns.
-
is this for real? I think it's a great idea. Solo Queueing is soooo hard especially--in my area--the night games. Morning games people are just up and ready to go, and actively participating, and they're great games. Night games are when Bills hide in the basement, slowly walking back and forth so they don't get crows, and…
-
This is actually good advice in some situations. Like, don't dedicate against a skilled survivor for all 5 gens, and switch targets if you're struggling to get that hit. As long as you get someone on the hook, at least one person has to stop doing gens to save them.
-
I played against a SWF last night that said they hope I die of cancer -- even though I only got 2 hooks, no kills, and and like 4 hits the whole game. Not that it excuses it, but I didn't even have BW, NoEd, or camp the people I did hook. So I informed them that I was actually in remission, and they were too little too…
-
@ThatOneDemoPlayer @GentlemanFridge @Thrax @Verconissp @TurboTOne @lagosta Thank you for all the suggestions, I made a google doc, and I'm going to start tonight when I get out of work!
-
I agree, but every time I say "stop saving your camped friends" I get drug. You can either get 3 people out by doing gens and not giving a ######### about the hooked survivor, or you can let him 3-4k cuz you kept running in. The only way to get them to stop camping is to force them to stop. If they care about BP then they…
-
You don't have to bring any perk all the time? Especially not BBQ & Chili. I've only used that perk like maybe a handful of times in three years.
-
I just went and looked at his add-on's, what kind of add-ons were you talking about, which ones?
-
@tenoresax and a beautiful holidays to you too!
-
Oh no!! @C3Tooth my friend lives in a state that hasn't seen any snow either, and they normally have a ton of it by now!! I hope some comes!
-
And, many more to you! @Rizzo90
-
Oh the basement shopkeeper build. I forgot about those perks.
-
You can still compare apples and oranges. Also (in my opinion) that makes my argument even more valid. The killer can tunnel 1 (sometimes even 2) people straight out of the game without having to use a perk slot to do it. As a killer you can do it without any perks or add ons, you just need to be dedicated. In order to…
-
This is a fair point, and I counter with the same argument against tunneling. Tunneling does the same thing for whatever survivor the killer does it to, and this perk would help counter tunneling, which is what most people would use it for.
-
That was my thinking, they also have plenty of perks to counter the stun duration like enduring for example.
-
Yeah even if there isn't a cooldown (in my opinion) this perk wouldn't be that strong for everyone to just start running it every game. Plus you're only going to get use out of it if you can actually pull off stuns, which if the killer is respecting pallets, not tunneling, etc. isn't going to happen very much.
-
I don't know whether or not there should be a cooldown. I think this would be best to figure out on practicing with the perk and seeing how it worked out.
-
I appreciate your input, however, I'm confused at what you're trying to say here, so I would love it if you elaborated more. I know my experience is anecdotal, but I can't speak on things that I don't experience. That being said, in my experience, most killers already respect pallets therefore average chase length in games…

Saying "I will never be happy" is the strangest way of defending hacking. Of course I'm not going to be happy if they allow hackers into the game, nobody should. But, you're implying that I will never be happy because some people are just better than me and it feels like they're cheating which is wrong.
-
Maps are free content. When you buy the game you buy the killers/survivors/perks and their cosmetics. But, the maps are free content given to everybody.
-
He DC'd? When he already killed 3 of them?
