I've wanted this (the OP's idea) to be in the game for a while. Hatch only spawns for last survivor or when all gens are done. I would like to add to one thing to this. If the killer finds the hatch and stomps it closed, it should be broken and not be able to be opened again, even with a key. When I'm the last survivor and…

Infectious Fright is a great counter to a group of SWF with flashlights. It makes it practically impossible for them to surprise you with a flashlight save. Only counter is Calm Spirit really.
-
The fact that it bothers you is letting them win. Report it, forget it, and move on with life. I get called a ######### (n word) and ######### (f word) all the time. I don't give a #########. I don't get my self worth from random strangers on the internet. Especially ones that are just mad because I stomped them in a video game.
-
It's actually called Haunting Grounds in US. lol, got it mixed up with the perk.
-
Agreed. This is a great idea. Myers has nothing on the alt. ability button. I see no reason why that couldn't be a tier up button.

I remember an old PS2 survival horror game called Haunted Grounds ( It was called Dementia in Europe I think). It was basically a single player version of DBD. I seem to remember tons of interactable objects in the game world you could use to slow the killer down. Book shelves, statues, ect. Stuff like that would be nice…

Perks I used were urban evasion, empathy (to find who the killer is chasing), iron will, and I think dead hard, but would've used fixated if I had it on dweet.

This challenge took me about 7 tries. I threw all 7 matches in a row to get it. I got lucky and got a farm map against a hillbilly. I followed him the whole game, hiding in the corn. I didn't touch a gen, get a save, cleanse a totem, nothing. A simple change would be to increase the range from 10 meters to the killer's…

DS got a rework, not a nerf. It's more powerful now than it ever was. You have to treat every survivor as if they have it. Old DS only gave it's full power to the obsession, everyone else had to at least wiggle to 30% before getting the skill check. Also, old ds was a 4 second stun and could be effected by enduring,…

The most fun I ever had with this game was playing old legion. Then bhvr gutted them and assembled the pieces in to what we have now. Even still, I would rather play legion than any other killer in the game. They are the one I have the most fun with consistently. I absolutely do not want a rework, just some more tweaks. If…

His add ons definitely need some looking into, which the devs said they were going to do...about a year ago. Sigh maybe one day.
-
I agree. I always wanted doors that started off open that survivors could close and the killer would have to break like a pallet. Slamming a door in the killer's face for a stun would be really cool. It would add some much needed variety to the game.
-
I left this comment on another thread, but I'll put it here too. I think the best change idea is only allowing one DS to be active at a time. Once a survivor is unhooked their DS becomes active and any other DS's in the match deactivates.
-
I think pop is fine as is. It rewards the killer for doing their objective, hooking survivors. I think DS needs a change. The problem is that survivors are given DS for free and if there's an obsession the killer has to treat every survivor as if they have it, keeping track of all four of them and how recently they've been…

I watched the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre when I was a kid and it scared the ######### out of my butt. Leatherface is the reason why I bought this game, he is one of my most played killers. I love him even though he is a bit on the weaker side. He definitely does not need a rework. Some add on changes and remove the…

Just make survivors bleed out faster. 2 minutes sounds good. It puts more pressure on the survivors to rescue their slugged teammate much sooner, so they can get back into the game. Also is a bit more risky for the killer, a dead slug grants the killer nothing. I always thought 4 minutes was a bit much TBH.

Maria and James from SH2. Also a Pyramid Head and Nurse skin from SH: Homecoming/Film would be nice. A nurse skin for the nurse :)
-
Oh ok, I see. Makes sense. Thanks.

The drift problem is more than likely your controllers' analog stick. Even your new one. I have two brand new ps4 controllers both with drift problems. My advice is to get on youtube and look up how to properly take apart and clean ps4 analog controllers. It's very easy to do.

Clown rework confirmed!?

I can agree with the title of this discussion, I too have become bored of playing survivor. Mostly because of how easy it has become. If you're on a team of survivors that do gens there's no counter for the killer. 4 survivors on 4 separate gens has no counter. Most games I do a couple of gens get an unhook, get chased…

To answer the OP this has been in the game for a while. Uncloaking counts as if you are completely uncloaked in regards to BT. You have to wait until the survivor is completely off the hook before starting to uncloak. As for Freddy I have no idea why BT does and does not trigger sometimes. I understand how it's supposed to…

Corrupt Intervention is a must on Trapper and Hag. It will buy you a little more time to set up your traps, not much, but every second counts when survivors are left unchallenged. Also, try not to set traps across the entire map. Instead, try covering a smaller area with at least three gens and defending it.
-
As far back as I can remember they've always released their DLCs two weeks after the PTB. There may have been some exceptions. I remember Ghostface getting two PTBs because the first one went really bad. So I can understand why people are upset, they were looking forward to playing as or against a new killer Tuesday and…

I can see that happening, but something tells me they're not going to just redo his add-ons when they get around to him. Personally, I think Hillbilly is the most balance killer in the game considering how fast matches can go and how big many of the maps are. I'd hate to see him get nerfed and then forgotten in the dirt…

Yes please.

This is hilarious. Keep fighting the good fight lol.

I always knew ruin would get nerfed one day. However, I thought that would happen only once BHVR sorted the game out to the point that ruin was no longer needed. This game is pure misery for a lot of killers as they simply have no way to combat survivors that refuse to leave their gen until it's finished. Your first hook…

Legion for sure. I play a lot of Legion with quite a bit of success in red ranks on PS4. I'm not saying they're top tier or anything, but they're not trash like many people seem to think. Still holding out for some Legion buffs one day....fingers crossed.
-
If I remember right back in the day there was no BP limit and hackers would abuse this by giving themselves hundreds of millions of BPs. This was before your save file was saved on BHVR's servers. I wasn't around back then, been playing for 2 years, but I seem to recall seeing a youtube video about it. Since your save file…

Actions = drop pallet, vault, enter/exit locker. Interact = Use gen, heal teammate, search chest, ect. Everyone on console needs to change their action or interact to something different. Too many times when I need healing will my teammate drop a pallet on my head instead of healing me lol.
-
Maybe, I don't know. Getting to 70 was such a grind I don't really want to go through that again. Some of the rift rewards were cool, but the time investment is just too much. Even after completing all of the challenges (Levels 1-4) you're still only around half way to tier 70.
-
I'd like to see the bonus bloodpoints removed from BBQ and Chili and Were Gonna Live Forever and just make it default for all killers and survivors. Give WGLF see killer aura for 4 seconds when unhooking a survivor. For varieties sake it would be nice to play without BBQ and not feel like I'm hurting my bloodpoints gained.
-
On PS4.... Pick Up Item Interactions: Use gens, search chests, cleanse totems, pick up items, use hatch, and self-care. I have this set to R1. Actions: Drop pallets, vault, enter/exit lockers. I have this set to Square button. This should be the same on Xbox. I don't know why it wouldn't be.
-
You 100% CAN change these functions to two separate buttons. I play on PS4 and use Square button to drop pallets and use R1 to use gens and self-care. Well, I don't use self-care anymore, but that's besides the point.
-
Any killer can "force" a kill by camping the hook. That's way more effective than camping a jigsaw box. Hooks lure other survivors off of gens. If the Pig camped a box and the survivor knew about it they could even go do a gen or two before they died, making it even worse on the Pig. So while sure it would secure 1 kill…
-
I don't think gen speeds are the issue. Sitting at a gen for 80 seconds is already long enough. I think killer speed is the issue. Allowing killers to do their job faster and pressure multiple gens by making smaller maps with fewer safe tiles would help a lot of killers. I think if most of the older/larger maps were to be…

The cooldown would be there for when the Doc misses his shock, allowing survivors to make the pallet/vault and it would be short, about 1 second. If the shock hits the survivor they will be "shocked" for 2 seconds and not be able to vault/drop a pallet, thus allowing Doc to pretty much get a free weapon hit. The survivor…
