I would say that Severed Deer Head is a little overpowered. This is basically a combo of 3 addons. It should be like "Ghostface On Tape" addon. Buffing a chase power(shred cooldown + pallet break) but nerfing the other part (shred wall break increased,portal speed decrease/portal reduce) or something like it.
