Vecna's Potion of Speed shows the wrong value
The in-game description says it reduces the period during which you cannot attack after casting Fly by 0.5 seconds. However, that was the value it had on the PTB. The live patch for 8.0.0 mentions under PTB adjustments that the addon's value was reduced to 0.35 seconds and the wiki corroborates that.
