Jake's blight outfit is bugged
If you load up the game and go to jake's blight outfit you'll see that the vials on his chest are empty. It has been this was since the Haddonfield update. The juice shows up when I get downed. Thana tier 1 does not show red progress bar when one person is injured
Not sure if this is a general bug with Thana or a specific circumstance. If the killer has Thanataphobia tier 1 (1% generator penalty) and one person is injured, the progress bar continues to show itself as gray rather than red.

Error after every game and not getting event cosmetics (ps4)
I play on ps4 and after the event my first game was fine but every game after that played fine but at the end screen said there was a grade error and i would be kicked to the main menu once i left with a basic error message.
