A natural 5/10/15% slowdown would be perfect. It's a high reward so it would actually make sense for ruin to keep on being a Hex. It's not op, it's not weak, very efficient when combined with other slowdown perks and it doesn't punish new players. I think it would be a great change.

I don't see that as a big deal. Its a 4 cosmetic difference, he's still have 26 cosmetics. It's not like the devs hate Adam. It just happens for him not to be a very popular character, but he's not that far from average.

I believe trials take place outside time and space, in the Entity's domain. The locations are not real, they're generated by the Entity. I also believe there's no time, as the Entity's realms are always foggy and dark and it doesn't seem to have a day/night cycle.

Legion was toxic at the beginning. After the big nerf he is one of the weakest in the game and for some reason he's getting nerfed again and Survivors are getting buffed.

All of you are annoyed by the fact that "I was exposing him and still got marked". Looking at him makes him lose his power but he still able to stalk during that time. You don't instantly cancel his powers by looking at him, you have to expose him, then he loses his powers.

Actually most of them ABSOLUTELY HATE Legion even now and they won't stop hating it after the changes because they simply want them out of the game.

I think that the rift and the archives is a very special thing to be added to the game. It's not like they didn't do anything for it. Also, they were very clear about how the event would be. Don't know why you expected another event.
