Since this is an M-rated game, does that actually matter?
-
If I was a betting person, I'd say the teleport probably has a cool down that's linked to the power gauge we saw in the anniversary trailer.
-
At least with MoM, they get the stick one more time.
-
Why are people so butthurt about MoM? It's one extra hit. If that makes THAT much of a difference in your match, you've already lost.
-
I'm actually hoping they take a brief break from making new killers and survivors and spend one chapter simply fixing bugs and tightening gameplay.
-
Did you miss the fact that Freddy can interact with survivors now regardless of Dream state? That by itself is game changing for Freddy.
-
I really wish they would simply put SWF in a different queue. As a killer I really don't enjoy playing against that nonsense. Though I imagine if killers were to have the option to play against solos or SWF, the SWF queue would DIAF very, very quickly.
-
My favorite non-licensed killer is definitely the Trapper. It's a really fun mechanic, but is far weaker than it should be. I personally feel like his base kit should include 2 traps and all traps start set at the start of the match. Having to spend the first half of the match just setting up traps really hurts his…
-
I'd much rather they simply remove SWF from the game than try to balance the game around it. If you want to play with your friends, go KYF instead.
-
Nurse doesn't need a nerf, other killers simply need to be buffed. More importantly, we need more killers like Nurse that simply ignore looping and force survivors to use other play styles. I really hope the Freddy rework results in him being a giant middle-finger to looping mechanics.
-
I think it's a non-issue, since you can just pop them open. I wouldn't say no to being able to kick to regress the way you can with gens, though.
-
If we're going to go the video game route, Slenderman is the obvious choice.
-
Removing the Leave button isn't going to prevent players from Shift+Tab force quitting or simply cutting the network connection.

Survivors are pulled into the Dreamworld by the Lullaby itself. Survivors in the Dreamworld have their aura revealed to Freddy. The Lullaby has a 48m range. The closer you are to Freddy, the quieter it becomes and the faster you enter the Dreamworld. Freddy has no heartbeat at all in the real world only the Lullaby. In the…

Are people really still complaining about BBQ? I've found it to be a non-issue since the locker change.
-
I'd love to see the multi-hit replaced with some sort of rampaging anti-loop mechanic.
-
I'd rather the fifth perk slot just be survivor restricted, so it has to be one of that survivor's base perks.
-
There are very, very few games that can be played indefinitely without becoming dull or repetitive. If the game has lost its luster, it just means it's time to move on to something else.
-
Nurse is balanced simply because she inverts the normal status quo. Pretty much all other killers are dependent on exploiting survivor mistakes. Nurse is the opposite; surviving against a Nurse is dependent on the Nurse making mistakes.
-
This matches my experience. Not only did people start DCing just to avoid having to play against Legion (it was broken with little to no counterplay originally), but around the same time there seemed to be a sharp increase in DCs during match loads.
-
Sorry, I can't be in your gang since I'm already a card-carrying member of Freddy's Bitches.
-
That's not what I meant. You're looking at it as 4x4 per survivor, when what I and presumably the other poster meant was each survivor gets one ban, while the killer gets 1 per each survivor (1+1+1+1)=4, which is 4x what an individual survivor gets.
-
I'm likely in the minority, but I don't want to see any new killers or survivors at all until we've had some balance and bugfixing patches. The game is in a really rough state currently.
-
That would be the idea, I imagine. Killers can ban 4 perks, while each survivor gets to ban 1. I'm actually on board with this idea, since it would go a long ways towards preventing any sort of perk meta emerging on either side, leading to more variety. I'm pretty sure most survivors at this point are pretty tired of…
-
If they do, they'll likely just be reverted. It's what they did with Huntress after the Huntress mains screamed bloody murder when they fixed her hatchet hitboxes.
-
As far as I can tell, whoever gets to the hatch first wins, as it seems once one is there it prevents the other from getting their prompt (you can still be grabbed though, I think).
-
Sure, the Plague could use some work, but there are killers who need it far more and have been waiting for it for longer (IE Nightmare and Cannibal).
-
The other post wasn't attacking your character in any shape or fashion. They were simply lamenting the fact that this topic comes up incessantly. To summarize what's already been said, you're in a 1v1 situation as a survivor against a role that's designed as 4v1, it SHOULD be difficult.
-
I just want a cosmetic based on Robert Englund, preferably his look in New Nightmare.
-
Hag's entire schtick is neutered by Urban Evasion.
-
I feel like NOED is one of the most balanced perks in the game currently. And I'd much rather have the Exposed status than the solution proposed here. There need to be moments like NOED where the survivors are genuinely worried about encountering the killer rather than "Yawn, killer's here, time to head to the nearest…

I think the only issue with Plague currently is that her infection doesn't last very long on interactables. If it was more feasible to infect survivors via proxies like windows, pallets, totems, etc by way of a longer duration of the infection on those items, it'd help tremendously.
-
I would be okay with this if they make it so that it's for Protection/Assist/Unhooks. Basically, if you're a bro three times, MoM activates.
-
BBQ&Chili: A deep bond with The Entity unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. After hooking a Survivor, all other Survivors' Auras are revealed to you for 4 seconds when they are farther than 40 metres from the Hook. Each time a Survivor is hooked for the first time, gain a stackable bonus to all Bloodpoint gains…
-
It's not an issue with all the darker skinned characters, just Claudette. Tapp and Adam are both fine; they have enough contrast on their outfits that it's not an issue. P3 and brown clothes Claudette is nearly invisible on some maps, and it's a massive advantage that shouldn't be limited to a single survivor like that.
-
Cannibal could definitely use some love, but he definitely doesn't need one more than Freddy.
-
They could make Doctor Billy-tier pretty easily. Just remove the modes. M2 to static shock, static aura is always on but with a smaller radius (0.5*TR?). He wouldn't have Billy's mobility, but he would be almost as strong as Nurse in loops/chases.
-
Plague is high mid-tier at absolute best. Her effectiveness is entirely dependent on whether the survivors cleanse or not. If survivors don't cleanse, she's basically like the Pig - can generally get one hit for free, but then gets to play the looping game for a bit while her power slows the match down a bit.
-
They've removed the gates entirely, now there are simply two separate hatches for the survivors to find instead.
-
I consider myself a Freddy main. His power as-is is flawed on a fundamental level. He is like an inverse Nurse, but instead of breaking the game in his favor like the Nurse, he breaks it in the survivor's favor. There's a reason most killer tier lists give him his own tier. Can he 4K even at the highest ranks? Certainly.…
-
I'd be perfectly fine with that, as long as it was restricted to one or two killers.
-
This is exactly the problem with so much of this game. A killer is supposed to be power role, and shouldn't be reliant on mindgames. They should be an extra tool, but not necessary.
-
I wouldn't dc against huntress, but I wouldn't blame people who do. Her hatchet hitboxes are utter bullshit.
-
TIL Toxic Killers hold the game hostage by camping gens.
-
I understood it just fine. A bell that makes no sound is not a bell.
-
No. The bell is his defining feature. There's no reason to ditch it just to try to make him more competitive. There are other ways to do it that don't involve butchering the character concept.
-
Gotta bring those Eboni Moris. You can't heal the dead.
-
I've been having a LOT of survivor matches drop me during load since the last patch. If I can get into a match I'm fine, but there have been times where I've been dropped during every match load, and even once or twice where I would auto-dc immediately upon joining a lobby until I restarted the game. I've lost a bunch of…
-
There have been tons ideas about how to improve Sweater Boi. At this point I'd rather just wait and see what they come with.
-
Yup, Kate is my main, but that outfit made Dwight my #2.
