You just successfully described why it needed a nerf. DS still works btw, just no more abuse as you stated. I don't run ds or any other second chance perks on survivor. I run to loops and pallets, in fact not relying on them has improved my game and allows me to have fun with other perks.

I'm a casual player because of the long Q, that time adds up. If it was within a min. or two, I would absolutely play more. If majority of the bugs was fixed, I wouldn't take months worth of breaks. I am not a fan of the new chapter either but I still purchased it to support the game and for the new perks.

Casual player here, been playing for years. Yes, I do all of those things. All kill is for PC players because his recoil is unplayable on console, at least for me.
