David's cosmetics clipping/missing textures again.
David is bugged (again). I don't think i've seen a more clipping, with cosmetics, survivor so far. His shorts were fixed sometime ago but they're clipping again. Also lines can be seen on the 4th year Anniv cosmetic.

Inaccessible totem on Lery's
I came across a hex totem that I couldn't interact with on Lery's. Thankfully it was only Thrill of the Hunt and not something worse like Devour Hope. This was located near the main treatment room (which I call the party room, lol).

Eye of Vecna sometimes doesn't work?
literally my first chest on my first attempt against Vecna I bink a 20 and get the Eye of Vecna. Soon after got into chase, rushed out of a locker at full health, and wasn't invisible or speed boosted at all. I did attune or whatever to the eye.

Missing texture/collision on window in Lery's
PC Hillbilly game on Lery's. A window in the center of the map next to the basement has no collision or texture on one side. Texture is present on the other side, unsure about collision. Both killer and survivors are able to stand inside and run through the window.

Basically what the title says- a tile that you can collision onto. You can't evade the killer very well with this, but it's there nonetheless.

Decisive Strike leads to perma Wiggle and then stuck on map after being healed.

Players trapped and couldnt move or be hit, the match didnt end
So I was playing as killer and a couple of survivors entered one of the portals on "forgotten ruins". They got trapped in the portal and couldnt move. Pig has no traps on Lery's

Double pallets in constructions on the decimated borgo maps
There are broken pallet spawns in jungle gyms on the shattered square and forgotten ruins, which allow the game to spawn two pallet in one spot of the construction. And some dishonest survivors can easily abuse this. These maps should be killswitched
