More efficient.
From a balancing stand point wouldn't it be more efficient to release the Killer overpowered rather than weak. It's a lot easier to nerf an overpower Killer according to feedback to get the perfect balance (or at least a decent balance in dbd's case) than trying to buff a weak Killer and falling into the seesaw situation.…
