Not getting tilted. I'm slowly getting the hand of it.
-
The "selling inventory items for BP" idea is something I'd seriously want. Just to sell all those pointless "lol more/less fog" meme offerings.
-
And grass is green and the sky is blue. What else is new?
-
Survivor can be stressful, especially with a crappy team, but compared to the Killer they have downtime. Killers do not have any downtime and if they do, they have already lost.
-
Yes, and?
-
As some have said, Kindred for Survs and Whispers and/or BBQ (without the BP obviously) for Killers.
-
TBH I get triggered easily and even I wouldn't think about searching for the guy's profile and writing an angry comment proving to him how incredibly salty I am.
-
Pop + Corrupt + Thrilling, that's what I use.
-
He can be very oppressive, especially with certain perks, but quite honestly, all killers should be.
-
These are some good ideas, though having the equivalent of built-in Enduring and unlimited (for the duration of T3) Spirit Fury at the same time is overkill. Myers would be like a freight train, totally unstoppable, not respecting pallets, just friggin' Thomas the Tank Engine yolo. I think that T1 needs some changes too.…
-
TBH before MMR I've been matched with ppl with several thousand hours anyway. I barely have 125 h now.
-
Yes, he will go against much higher MMR, get his ass kicked and then the MMR will more or less even itself out (after a few more matches). This is how MMR works. It's not his fault, or the MMRs, these high ranks played like potatoes, even though, according to the OP, he did not even use traps.
-
If they were brown or yellow ranks, ok, but greens should have known better. Matching purples and greens is not bad at all.
-
Wait. When a low rank killer gets wrecked by high ranked survivors, the MMR is considered crap and does not work, "look at the ranks!!1!", but when a low rank killer wrecks high rank survivors "well, ranks don't matter". I'm not talking about you specifically, but the general notion of this forum.
-
I've had really rough matches as survivor in the beginning too, back when rank was a thing.
-
2 games as Doctor. I've only played 2 games before MMR change (1 got 3k, 1 got 0k, not even a down). Now: first game, again 0k, only 1 hook, and second game actually more or less balanced, with 3k and a hatch: survs got really greedy that match. 4 games as Clown. Got quite a lot of matches before MMR, but was overall…
-
There is not even an indicator how many hooks each person has left, so I don't think they'll add that.
-
Yeah, they've been collecting MMR data for the past few months, so no, we will not start at zero.
-
I agree. Either that, or have some kind of other way of signifying you are approaching the end of the charge without having to eyeball the lower left corner of the screen.
-
What I hate while playing killer is that even when I think that survivors are potatoes, I still cannot let my guard down and ease even a little. The game is so survivor sided that even with countless mistakes they can escape easily just by either second chance perks or rushing gens (even though they did not touch them much…
-
Kindred is a huge counter to BBQ. If you see the killer looking around after hooking, you can assume he has BBQ. If he turns towards you and starts walking, then run I guess.
-
Replace Ruin with Thrilling Tremors. Check which gen is being worked on with Surveillance, scare them away with fake teleport and pick up a survivor to block it with Tremors. Then casually walk there to Pop the gen.
-
Erect zombie penis.
-
Guys, he never said to nerf killer BP gains. He suggested to increase Survivor BP gains with which I can agree to an extent.
-
I think he does need a few small buffs here and there to bring him up to speed with other killers. Nothing major, just stuff like e.g. add the Tier 3 speed buffs to all actions (kicking gens, destroying pallets, picking up survivors), not only to vaulting etc.
-
Can't upvote this enough. They WILL have to do something with this at some point or another.
-
I quit the game a month ago after 38 hours. I even posted a negative review of it on Steam. It gained quite a traction for some reason. Anyway I had similar problems with the game. I returned to it to give it a second chance, but with a different mindset: As a killer consider a 2k to be a win. Anything above is a bonus. 1k…
-
Welcome to the club. Every killer knows this, but the devs won't do anything with it, since there are more survivors i.e. more money coming from survivors so the game has to be biased towards them.
-
Play killer more then come back.

I got similar matches with red ranks and in some of them they laughed at me that I suck. Good times.
