I love Monitor and Abuse on Myers. NOED and Blood Warden (not sure if it is the correct name, but I mean the gate blocker.) is also a great combo. Also, have you completely forgotten Myers in your OP?

I think that matchmaking doesn't work well enough as it is and your idea would unnessesarily overcomplicate it even more. Sorry!

Could it be that you've taken broken mirror as addon? It doesn't allow you to rank up.

In my opinion she's a 3. I expected much more of her. The power is unappealing and doen't influence survivors much, the fountains are easy to access and heal the survivor way too fast and too good.

Well, if the Entity is forcing them to take part and it's the 1000th match already for them with no possibility to escape the Fog, you can get why they feel that way.

Some killers let the last survivor escape through the hatch as a kind of social favor. I find it quite sweet :)

There are perks already that allows you to heal from the dying state: Unbreakable and No Mither. Isn't that enough?

If I'm not mistaken, Overcharge makes gens regress faster. Considering this, I don't think that the gen regression time should be chaged.

We tried her yersterday in the Kill your Friends Lobby and she rules, if combined with BBQ & Chili and similar.

The thing is, you should counter Myers before he gets to tier 3: duck behind surfaces and don't let him stalk you. As for tier 3, IMHO the best strategy is to hide and wait until it's over.
