Can Calm Spirit debuff be lowered, because it was way more useful beforehand in my opinion.

The orange glyph is unironically the funniest thing ever to me.
I don't want to complete it because there is something so hilarious about a wraith being stunned for like 8 seconds it literally is almost like having a hacker in the game. It's so slow. Is the cloaked wraith with the orange glyph the longest stun time with the orange glyph?
