(The Icon is custom-made by myself, sorry it's so bad quality.) Also for the consumption rate only increases when sabotaging a hook and it does not stack per-hook; it's just the 5/10/25% WHEN you sabotage a hook. I feel like this perk or a perk like this is LONG needed.
