I dont have a problem with it usually, its only when survivors will go to an area where they know there arent any hooks and will just use boil over to escape and then run back to the corner.

ya, I believe that the sweaters are only gonna be for the most recent survivors, (the trickster DLC leading up to the artists DLC) its supposed to be earned in matches but we will probably find out sometime next week leading up to the 9th.

Probably reduce the grind somehow like get rid of tiers. None of my friends want to play because the grind of trying to get the perks they want is offputting to them.

totem effects can also stack within each other so if you are in range of 2 boon totems then you get even more speed.
