How do you know your MMR? Or if you lose you are automatically high mmr and when you win the survivors were automatically low mmr. That's how it works?

Make it so you can only insta down people you hooked at least once. This way, if a survivor managed to avoid/escape the entire game you can't get a cheesy kill with noed at the end of the game. As the game designers pointed out, in theory, that works, in practice it does not. It takes a long time for solos to realize someone is face camped so they don't get much gen progress.
