Make Mangled's timer pause when the survivor is on the hook.
What's the point of the timer running when the survivor is on the hook? When you apply the effect and the survivor gets off the hook it will only have 40s or less duration, you lose a large part of the effect's duration, especially in some yellow addons where Mangled only lasts 60s.

Add priority buys in bloodweb.
