Because with the new prestige system, new survivors won't have access to their perks unless I prestige them at least once... Even though I hit level 40 on them and unlocked their perks like 4 years ago with the old system..

As a killer main, I would have done this meta/perk rework differently.
Instead of making BT baseline, I would have made DS baseline. Instead of making killers break pallets faster, I would have made bamboozle baseline. I would have buffed a regression perk other than overcharge, since the "difficult" skill check never works against red rank survivors. That's all.

Repressed alliance is an excellent counter to pain resonance + pgtw builds
