  • As a Killer main I get the anger, and appreciate that more and more survivors are GGing my games with them because I do go out of my way more often than not to give them a fun game. Hopefully I can run into you and it can be a great time. But speaking for Killers, the 0 hook, 2 minute games with survivors running out the…
  • I am not against some more funny attributes being added to clown as a 700hr Clown main, but I understand that he shouldn't invade in the niches of other killers so much. I do think something more should happen when he sniffs the sweet yellow vapours from a Yellow bottle, and wouldn't be against a third bottle or item.…
  • I am more shocked as Killer main that survivors need a bandage for this patch. We killer mains are used to have limbs severed in patches, so the fact that survivors got a "boo-boo" is cause for celebration. But yeah, run Devour Hope and End Game perk builds if you want any ounce of play NICE in your killer builds, and…
  • It gets bearable when you finally figure out how to disable the drones and understand the mini-game. However, I am sure that low MMR SM players have only wins or draws. Because understanding that the yellow spinning walls are how you get detected and then getting to the drone to disable it took almost 4 deaths to figure…
  • It was some sort of game file for me that EAC said was outdated. I should have screenshot it but I had just got off work and wasn't mentally up to figuring it out. It was the old reliable reinstall strategy for me which just required me to redo my input settings once the game started again.
  • We already have such thing, it is called Rancor. No one is laughing then, especially if you pair it with NoED. That really manifests your rage at these 3rd person, god loop, hand held, strong perk having brats.
  • If I tunnel as killer it is because I forgot the hook count or the other survivors are teabagging at an over powered jungle gym. If I camp as killer it is because I am sick of the Dead Hards and disrespecting the fact that I am a knife swinging maniac. The game is fundamentally busted and up to both sides to give each…
  • Not the end of the world because I hate feeling like I have to drop chase to get Dark Devotion value. Just sucks to think of fun perk builds outside META and watch as "they" thought about your ideas and stepped on them like a beloved butterfly. Killers have to run Slowdown and be hated and that's freaking that!
  • It is working on Heroic for me after dealing with the annoyance about file modification. I uninstalled, deleted all the folders related to it and installed it again, following the steps to get it working on Heroic.
  • Perhaps the survivor afflicted by those status affects should be the one that gets blanked out of the HUD. Letting the team know that they are cursed and promoting things like Hex: PlayThing as a temporary counter to HUD.
  • I like Clowns so I play clown. I want to learn Dredge but I can not build the interest for another 200 hours of teabagging before I strike fear in my opponents.
  • I just want to easily know what each Hex is around the map as Killer to defend. And More than 5 Totems on the map. I actually feel bad for survivors when I run a Hex: Devour Hope / Hex: Plaything / Hex: Pentimento, but am sad that that is the max I can have in play. I do also think that Hexes should take a bit longer to…
  • Hex Lottery Hook 3 unique survivors in an unbroken succession lights a randomized Hex onto a Totem.
  • Clown main here. I revolve my builds around Hex: Devour Hope to have some kind of fun win condition, because I honestly can't keep up with most survivor teams I face without tactics that survivors and myself find utterly boring and unfun. Anyone with half a brain can certainly patrol 3 nearby gens until the end game and…
  • Something needs to change about it and I wouldn't mad at your idea. To me, I will be on the verge of quitting DBD over this new finisher mori system. My Killer build is based around Hex Devour Hope, because hooking gameplay is tired and done, and if I need a 4k to change up that gameplay loop, I would rather play something…
  • As a Killer main that just chills in low MMR with zero meta. The difficulty spike of my matches is pretty massive. Low skill in chase survivors appear to have TTV bully squad level gen speeds now.
  • Play Meme builds and make the sweaty survivors have to wait in a 10 minute queue to face anyone. I am done playing to win as Killer. If a SWF wants to beat me in 2 minutes or less and go to the back of the line, then go ahead. Because my queue as Killer is instant. I already see SWF's trying to prolong the game when they…
  • Run Dark Devotion or Trail of Torment on Ghost Face and watch survivors get so annoyed, lol. He definitely struggles, but beihg creative with his power helps. Predictably going off radar walking Gen to Gen is just wanting to win the war in the most brain-dead manner, go play top tiers for that kind of fun.
  • This is why I almost always bring Rancor. Hooks are boring, weaving through body blockers to stomp a snobby bum hopper into another dimension is a prize to go for during the end game.
  • Only shrinking the Field Of View by 25% on Survivor would do a lot to help immersion. I would love 1st Person, but the Killer advantage would be gigantic.
  • The only answer I keep coming to in this is bring the Entity to life. If the entity wants blood, then have it protect it and push the Killer out for getting too close to its meal, or perhaps the hook sinks into the ground and the hooked survivor appears somewhere else. There are ways to fix this issue that isn't like…
  • The EGC timer doesnt affect me as killer. What affects me as killer is survivors deciding to hold the game hostage by not participating. I think the killer should always be able to open a gate. Even if killers abuse it that just means survivors just leave or whatever.
  • Keep playing nice and building a tolerance for getting bullied. Ironically, playing killer makes you a better person if you let it.
  • Accept as Killer that your best result is a 1K and take it. As a Clown/Ghost Face main, my mission is to lose is the coolest way I can.
  • The Clown & The Hillbilly Golden Billy would strike like gravel voiced lightning.
  • I would want 5 perks just so Obsession Builds are less restrictive. If you don't bring Furtive Chase or Nemesis, then your whole build can fall through because the obsession DC'd. Maybe top tier killers dream up boring Slow Down builds, but I think most slow down builds are run because of such strict limitations.…
  • If you forget the hook count and accidentally 1k as killer the game can and will assume you are a grandmaster. I nearly vomit when I get two DC's, because I know my next three or more games are going to be META Discord SWFs and probably a hacker for good measure. Why Try When The Game Personally Notifies Bully Squads As…
  • Playing her, but ain't exactly fun getting clowned on by META survivors while you learn. I have one perk game, why am I fighting against stacks survs? But anyways, do some no-perk runs for a while so people feel less bad to try her out.
  • I get that Survivors need some sort of options in chase that isn't map dependent. However, I think Dead Hard's annoyance comes from an injured survivor that the killer feels pressured to commit to because healing is so strong. If DH was a healthy survivor's card to play, then it wouldn't feel like losing gives an unearned…
  • I use Dark Devotion quite often and it does show on the icon in your Perk line-up how long it has. Not sure why it doesn't show for you. Although honestly, 30 seconds is usually the time it takes to walk to another Gen so the Perk is more of a "mini-teleport" for normal killers. The change I want for Dark Devotion is that…
  • I use lots of yellow bottle as a Clown main. Purple is good in small loops but Yellow works magic in killer shack and larger spaces. Combining bottles? Perhaps, slam the yellow and purple together into a pre-thrown pallet to make it slowly melt away.
  • I typically run The Clown and The Twins Dark Devotion, Nemesis, Rancor, Trail of Torment But to say I am a Good Killer is a laugh. I get speed run'd super easy by the Special Ops SWF's out there. BBQ & Chili never made sense to me, why do you need help when you're winning as Killer? Give me the info that Rancor gives so I…
  • Buff it to 40%, otherwise I am going to need bifocals and a calculator. A necessary change, but most of the good killers have already left I think. Survivors have been going for No-Hook Runs against me lately. The skill gap increase has been massive the past few days let me tell ya.
  • Survivor just flat gone, that's crazy. I wish I recorded the match in which two survivors were left. I was picking up one near a pallet and seen the other in the distance. The one in the distance point emoted and I got pallet slammed as I was picking the other survivor up. I had such double-take that I nearly sprained my…
  • As a killer main, I want something other than pallets to get stopped by. log swings, marbles, MORE fall pits, trip wire, etc. Obviously winning is fun, but half of the badness of losing is doing so in the same boring ways. I actually stop to get hit by a Flashbang when I see them drop because it is just funny to act that…
  • Keep or buff Boil Over with the addition that using it removes the killer's stun when said survivor jumps off their back. Problem solved. I'll happily let you Boil Over bounce so I can pop your tea bagging carcass in the back of the head again.
  • I honestly did not know what to do when I ran into a boil over at RPD who jumped off my back in three seconds flat. Then proceeded to reuse Unbreakable over and over, but hackers are just a healthy part of a DBD breakfast. I mean, us killers are at the very best, Harry and Marv at this point, so make survivors ultra op. It…
  • I love Oblivious perks but man... Dark Devotion - Hit the obsession and throw a case of yellow bottles as Clown because finding another survivor in 30 seconds in brutal. Trail of Torment - Always got some punk kid who taps my yellow gen, and adding Dragon's Grip to the mix is just beyond annoying matching up their stupid…
  • Why get mad at teabagging? The same reason people get upset at car horns. Made worse when you can't honk back.
  • It is always so funny how a survivor looks at me like a sad puppy dog when I ignore them after a dead hard. Nope, you are M1'ing the rest of this game, I can't even look at your "easy-mode" crooked toothed face. I will mind game survivors all day, happily take pallets on the forehead, and wave them goodbye, but the DH'er…
  • Some more gen variety would still be nice. Survivors who know the map get it done in 3 minutes or less. Can't think of a worse map that I just can not keep up at all with equally skilled survivors on. If I get 2 or more kills its because survs got bored of M1 and hiding.
  • I love PWYF on Clown and it does not use a stack to throw bottles. PWYF with Solvent Jug/Garish Make-up Kit quite simply laughs at the Forest Gump survivor meta we have going on right now.
  • That would be the one way to balance Spine Chill. You get Spine Chill but you get either a FPS camera or an over the shoulder camera like RE4.
  • Just run Hex: Play Thing, Trail of Torment, and a number of other perks that rob survivor information about the killer. I am not against the game going in the direction of real hide and seek. Should just remove the red stain entirely and see how long the puffed up no skill having squating blinkers survive then.
  • My experience following these rules is the MMR gives you easier and easier survivors until you finally get a 4k. Next 3 to 5 games are survivors that get gens done in 2 minutes and troll you mercilessly until they are ready to leave. The MMR then feels sorry for you for a while, but once you succeed again it slams you…
  • I still try but RPD is so difficult for chases because unlike other indoor maps you can't really cut survivors off. They hold W, make you break the 10 god palates throughout the map to even hope to hook anyone of equal skill, finish gens, leave, GG.
  • A real comparison for Overwatch and DBD is Tank players and Killer players. It will not matter if you have a hundred thousand DPS/Survivors in queue if there are no more Tanks/Killers. The survivor queue is already like waiting behind a grandma counting out precise change at the market. While killer queue is like the half…
  • As a Killer main, we need more perks like Devour Hope to make it competitively viable to not take advantage of the hook. I personally try to leave hooks and go else where. But the worst is Bully Squads who want to circle the hook and make me to blame for sticking around when obviously all 4 survivors are at the hook.…
  • Buffs Tonic Bottle Survivor Hit - 2x Impaired Vision Antidote Bottle Survivor Hit - Activates Yellow Cloud Instantly CounterPlay Survivors who turn and face the bottle being thrown will slap it and cause the bottle not to break.
  • The immersion is a bad guy stalking 4 survivors. The game of DBD often turns into a game of cheer, click and jog around the maniac with a knife. I am perfectly fine if all 4 survivors escape, but let me get a couple hooks and be immersed into being a spooky bad guy. Not some lame hide and seek game with an out of place…
