Teabagging at the exit gates can be terribly annoying and even worse when they got there through luck, or you being nice and letting them. There is a counter in the game, though. Myers tombstone piece. Every now and then I like to run this and when I pop my EW3, I don't kill, I lunge for downs. When the gens are all done I…

I can shed light on this. You were the obsession, right? There is an awful challenge in archives for killer, kill the obsession by any means, ten times. I've been running a green mori in my games to get it done because I don't use them elsewhere anyway. Sucks, don't want to just remove people from the game but this is the…
-
No surv I've met yet has done this. The ones that wiggle free will then go running, usually teabagging at the nearest pallet. I hate this bug with a passion.
-
I don't get the argument that he shouldn't cancel out survivor perks. Some perks and abilities counter others in the game, it just happens, the only basis for the argument would be removing everything that did that. OOO counters entire killers, like trapper. Nurse counters looping mechanics. Unbreakable counters so many…

Base idea is good, long mori animations mid game, bad. Maybe a nice new animation and it sends the player to the nearest hook, only kills them on death hook. That would actually be great.
-
Who are you to tell people what their idea of fun should be? I get that you don't understand it, just doing gens isn't my idea of fun either but if that is what somebody likes to do, then more power to them. I think it's incredibly obnoxious to judge how others choose to harmlessly spend their time based on your own…

There are lots of perks that completely negate add ons, they don't make them lose them but the game eats them after the match anyway, they aren't permanent. You can't get new ones for free from boxes as killer. One of the mistakes people make in this game is directly comparing killer perks and add ons to survivor ones.…

This will always be a problem in a game like this. It's 4 vs 1, even in cases where it isn't swf a survivor feels they are entitled to something and they are surrounded by allies. With swf it gets worse, they will feed on each other and it's the killer who is ultimately to blame no matter what. This seems to be just one…
-
6 seconds, can you try not twisting it please? It's 3 per charge, beginning as the stun hits. First blink should be almost immediately after stun, and second already charging. Just writing 6 seconds doesn't tell the tale in any way at all.
-
Huntress mains rate her higher. Hag mains rate her higher instead. This is why tier lists are all subjective, we need a dbd tournament!
-
Having a lot of tools doesn't make them good. The lunge has the loudest sound alert and a huge wind up. It's better than just having an m1 but mostly you'll m1. Stealth is nice but the slowdown penalty for moving in it is huge and costs a lot of time. Hats too inconsistent to slow the game down much at all, and can be…
-
Short answer is they don't. Long answer is that while it might seem that way it's obvious from changes that happen at all levels that they are trying to make it less stifling against survivors at high ranks without making it even harder for them at low ranks. The nature of the game is that at rank 20, you get dumpstered as…
-
No, you don't have a tr when you use a portal and for a few seconds afterwards, or a red stain.
-
It's a very good thought, probably why it's a YouTube video already. Trying to say you didn't already watch Otz do this? You really gonna try and credit yourself with this strat?
-
Okay, demolishing new players isn't very cool but neither is blaming him for doing it. He didn't make the matchmaking h system, he just played the game. Chill out guys.
-
Yes, they would. They say nothing is off the table because if they say something is not happening right now then in two years time it happens people start with the nonsense. "But they said it wouldn't happen forehead!" Just look at the demogorgon thing, they said once they didn't want a non humanoid killer and idiots that…
-
And if you didn't but can't get to another pallet in time due to killer powers or just bad pallet placement it doesn't. Dead hard is no more a crutch than sprint burst and balanced landing, it's just less automatic and more skill/mind game based.
-
Because the alternative was an anti fun standoff where both killer and survivor stood looking at each other and the first to press a button lost. It could potentially go on for hours though normally just until one person decided the win mattered less than their time.
-
It's to make it so you can't get the better fast vault from any angle. It's not meant to feel good for you to medium vault, a fast vault is always preferable. Basically, the mechanic isn't for you
-
I get what you're saying but in order to open the doors for werewolves, xenomorphs and other such inhuman creatures (I want a fishman) we have to start somewhere and the first one was always going to feel a little out of place. Give it time.
-
Thing about the 3 gen strat is it's survivors that put themselves in that position, so why do killers have to pay for it by these silly gen times? Survivors can spread out to start the game and leave gens further apart, it's part of the strategy they should use. I watched a game earlier where 3 gens popped within two…
-
Sounds ridiculous because it isn't true, watched several people test it. Pgtw requires you to kick the gen, surge doesn't kick the gen.
-
Decisive strike. A powerful perk that I feel I should run but when I do I always get away for at least 60 seconds. When I play killer everybody has it and the cooldown feels like 180 seconds.
-
You're wrong anyway so that's fine. Ironically, you're presuming things that were never stated and yet calling them presumptuous. It's delicious.
-
But nobody made that claim, that's the point. He said Tofu helped teach him something, that in no way implies that Tofu is the best, better than anybody else or even that what he learned was correct. That's all crap you've imagined it means but think about it, really. Where has anybody here said Tofu is the best?
-
It might currently but if you read the new statuses of oblivious and undetectable I am not so sure Kindred will affect it any more. Then again, it's only good against campers so those playing optimally don't need to worry about kindred anyway.
-
That doesn't imply that at all my guy, just that he did help this player realise something. Why you jumping down his throat, did Tofu teabag you or something?
-
I think Freddy is just in the sweet spot I'd want a killer to be in. He's strong, has pressure but has weaknesses. Ain't god tier but ain't Legion tier either.
-
Teammates are the thing aren't they? Unfortunately it's impossible to balance around human nature, and when they do stuff it's rough as a killer. We rely on them doing nothing and getting muddled because the alternative is a gen popping if a chase lasts more than 15 seconds. What else got nerfed besides those two? Genuine…
-
Humanoid means human shaped to everybody genius, not just the devs :p
-
Your belief doesn't make that remotely true I'm afraid. Against a single survivor the killer has an advantage in most cases but there are 4, they can't be everywhere at once. Survivor perks tend to get nerfed when they offer something like a free hit which depending on the chase could negate a lot of the killers time, and…
-
Oh just stop, does nobody have patience anymore? The dev stream was literally a week ago, I'm sure we can wait a little longer to get our hands on it, we aren't children.
-
You can guarantee that huh? I have a feeling you'd be very, very surprised by the actual stats. Swf is super powerful and I would love a mode without it and a mode with it, with benefits to going against them but let's not get crazy here. Op is understating their power, you're overstating it.
-
I'm going to tell you right now I don't believe 'every single one of them were solo' not for a second. The odds of that are so very slim. That being said I don't disagree that a good survivor is probably gonna be a pain solo or not. I do think you're massively understating the value of comms. Knowing somebody is in a chase…
-
A new one happened to me today, your comment reminded me of it. A meg trapped me in a corner while I did a totem, body blocking me in and just stayed there pointing at me until the killer came and found us then sprint bursted away. Honestly I thought I'd seen it all but now survivors screw over other survivors just for…
-
Have you considered that those nerfs were warranted? And how have they buffed killers? Besides the Freddy rework killers are pretty much the same.
-
The dev hath spoken, and said exactly what everybody has been telling you my guy. Time to move on.
-
Lol stop blowing smoke mate, there is no way you're not playing against stealthy survivors, you just can't find em and thus you're left with the loppers.
-
Lol, yes, killers are stronger, that's why you only get one vs 4 survivors. Can you imagine if survivors had access to killer strength perks and tools? What they have is strong enough already since they have the best perks of all 'voice comms III' and '4vs1 III'. And they don't even take a perk slot!
-
This. This is the correct answer, gift us tribute then feed us the sinners that tried to damn thee, mortal.
-
Oh I read your 'measurements'. Let's go over that shall we. Basing effectiveness on rank doesn't work, rank reset buddy. Also if as a rank 15 I group with a rank 12, a rank 7 and a rank 1 which takes priority? We know how this game works, you know the answer here. Basing off killer strength, who decides that? Besides Nurse…
-
You say that but you don't know what they have to do in order to do that, what work goes into it and what balance considerations they have. With that in mind, they have priorities, those take precedence. We literally just got a complete rework of the weakest killer and are getting dedicated servers and a new dlc chapter in…
-
Just happened to me, lost a flashlight. Feels bad.
-
Because of showing off, they all want to look good so pulling off the crazy saves or looping forever is appealing. They also never get tempered because they have friends egging them on.
-
No. It would punish new and inexperienced survivors who can't do a gen through ruin much, much more than it would punish SWF groups, and would make it nigh impossible to escape at low ranks. We need something that makes it tougher as a SWF or super experienced group and not on everybody by carpet bombing the situation.
-
Would be valid if it didn't literally tell you that you get slightly better things on your bloodweb when you prestige. I wouldn't mind prestiging giving you nothing if it didn't explicitly state that it does.
-
The survivor viewpoint is one of the key features and this would punish attentive players which I don't think would be healthy for the game. Now, a perk or power, perhaps just a status effect, that forces them into first person for a very short duration? That would be magnificent and fun but I think too jarring to actually…
-
Honestly, probably because he is far from the worst. Sure, he has very little pressure and his power has the most counterplay of any but he can stop a loop and make a survivor move from stronger tiles. Doesn't make him good but at least he isn't the Wraith or Legion you know?
-
Fixated, Dance with me, Distortion, Lightweight. Enjoy the meme of being able to leave scratch marks and barely having any.
-
Nah man I would agree, the low ranks of survivor are bad, real bad, but not once have I felt any kind of stress or salt it's just funny. I'm having a very good time with all of this, I enjoy watching the Claudettes peacefully crouching in their natural habitat while I die on my first hook, in all honestly it just makes me…
