When you think about this, if Freddy's powers from the movies were in DBD, he would be able to stop survivors mid pallet drop, hit them, then put them back on the other side of the pallet laughing at their futile attempt to stop him. Seriously, Freddy would be OP in terms of his lore.

Some killers take place of characters that would be Licensed.
Trapper would be a set place holder for Jason considering Jason just wouldn't need to be implemented. Legion is a good set place for Scream, Scream isn't really unique with powers.
